That’s so funny because I hate downward facing dog and am convinced I am being lied to when people say it’s a pose of rest. Give me child’s pose any day of the week (or even better savasana). Although I am also partial to a pigeon pose also
Ooh muscle memory...I'm gonna try it your way: in a list!
* Making morning coffee (and cereal for Cuddles)
* Feeding the dog (Cuddles does the cats)
* Saying hey to whichever cat(s) I pass as I move around the house
* Giving skritches to the cats on demand
* Reaching out multiple times throughout the day and night to find whichever bit of Cuddles my hand gets to first, and giving it a squeeze to say hello, I love you
* Being snarky and holding onto the deadpan just one second too long so the recipient has time to just start to wonder if I'm serious, before I break and let whoever know I was definitely not
Definitely also more but I have to go do other stuff! Thanks for the nice post, as always.
When I listen to your letters, I feel as if I am right there in that moment. Nice work!
This means so much, thank you Amie!

*THINKING* about these poses relaxes me! Haha. Thank you.
