Since the fire in my apartment building, I have said goodbye to much of my stuff. As well as sorrow, it has been a relief to set down some of those burdens.

Walk an extea few steps in that samd for me, eh?

This week I have said goodbye to having to cause myself immense pain, and lay ridiculous prices for taxis. Or, I will have done so when I collect my shiny new mobility scooter.

My disability benefits gkt bumped up and now I can rent one using some of that money through a government scheme. Just waiting for a call to go collect.

Also, it means saying goodbye to a modicum of the permanent money stress. This bit more in every month means being able to not only keep up with the bills, but to start clawing back out of the debt. Not sad about losing some if those anxiety nightmares and panics.

Your shoes look well travelled and well loved. And your new shoes look ready and excited to begin their adventures with you 😊

Ohh my gosh the way I just smiled at the shoe pictures... this was such a sweet piece. I've been saying goodbye to habitual busyness/rushing in favor of slower, bolder, more desired-based actions and whew is it confronting! And kinda fun :)
