You are so right Lauren, she really should never have been a teacherโ€ฆ your writing & sharing also affirms how some people really never change- whether for the good or the badโ€ฆ.

**wonderful way & wonderful pace of storytelling ๐Ÿ™

Best to always drive past people like Ms X (imo)- some people should be left in the past & donโ€™t deserve a place in our present nor future. Glad you had a look but then itโ€™s you & your bestie with her foot on the gas & ye are outta there ๐ŸŽ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’จ ๐Ÿ‘‹ #byebye

Also my only favourite kind of cow can be seen at the bottom of your piece, she could never do nobody no harm ๐Ÿฎ The other kind - itโ€™s only harm they do!

HAHA! I laughed out loud at that last part! Love you, Lou ๐Ÿงก

I did the right thing not talking to her for sure. Thanks for saying that. We all have our stories, and I think it is best we allowed ours to unfold.

Oh I am glad your Mum came. So generous m, your imaginingsโ€ฆ. And so random to see her all that time later!

Thank you! I hope whatever she is meant to be, she is being that now ๐Ÿงก

Were you tempted to talk to her? I was half imagining that that was coming next...

Not at all. I think old me would have, though. I think my gut just knew to leave it alone. I think we all have our stories, and there were demons in her life that caused her to behave the way she did. I just wished her well and at the same time felt like I had seen a ghost.

I think it was meant to be in reflection, though, as I am doing The Artist's Way and started that the following week, and through exercises remember other moments with her that might have sold me a story of not being good enough to create. I wonder if someone told her that, too.

I am unpacking mine and rewriting the story in the morning pages and hope she can, too ๐Ÿงก

Was Ms X still wearing her beloved vanilla jumper??

Also: that house vibe is real. Iโ€™m using that for a prompt in my morning pages.
