When I listen to βBurnβ by Ellie Goulding (thatβs very random haha) it takes me back to a very specific moment.
About 10 years ago I was heartbroken over a guy (silly me, but a nice one so itβs fine). I was at that stage when Iβd wake up sad and go to bed depressed. It was unbearable at times.
That day I put that song directly when I woke up and started dancing andβ¦ wasnβt sad. For 20 seconds. Then I remembered I was sad. So I decided to postpone my sadness until the end of the song and keep dancing in the meantime (and let it burn - Iβm quite dramatic haha).
The song ended. I resumed being sad. I took me longer than Iβd admit to stop being sad.

But sometimes for 3 min 51 seconds Iβd pause.
Oh, Auddie! This is just so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this with me π§‘
