Almond butter! Trader Joe's also has a yummy Mixed Nut Butter. And fyi, I once tried making "Peanut Butter" Cookies with almond butter. There was very little flavor; stick with peanut butter for cookies.

Smooth if off a spoon (unless it's the crunchy salted caramel variety of our local specialty PB that has chia and flax seeds and peanut bits). Smooth in classic peanut butter cookies, crunchy in cookies with other ingredients (like chocolate chips). And cashew butter is amazing!
