Season Two and our journeys come full circle with a virtual reunion this week. You can feel all of the love in the zoom room while we gush over the captivation that is this week's guest, Al Val.
Al came out initially as queer on stage in front of 200 people in the comedy club Lauren used to manage and this episode reunites Al, Lauren and Al's friend Josh Elijah who was also a comedian on the show that night.
If Al Val is in your life, you are blessed.
There is one word to describe this chat — lovely. The vibe of having these three humans together again is just lovely. Hearts are full, laughs are big, feelings are felt, joy is spread. This is the perfect way to round out what has been a phenomenal season two.

On a personal note, I will miss Thomas very much! This podcast wouldn't have launched and existed in the way that it did for TWO WHOLE SEASONS without Thomas. Not only did Thomas greet every guest with me at recordings, not only did Thomas make sure we all sounded as best as could be before we started recording, not only did Thomas make for a joyful and fun energy as our unofficial mascot we would reference on zoom often, not only did Thomas edit each episode in the first two seasons with such love, not only did Thomas see me go from a drunk host to a sober one without batting an eyelid just with love and support, but they were a huge cheerleader of the podcast and all of the guests and Thomas' presence for sure is going to be missed yet very much felt in every episode regardless! 💘💘
